1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "the Buyer"), and JS Agro Med Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our B2B services and website. By accessing the site or requesting a quote, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. B2B & Wholesale Operations

JS Agro Med Pvt. Ltd. operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. By engaging our services, you acknowledge the following:

• Pharmaceutical Supply: All pharmaceutical products are supplied strictly on a wholesale basis, in full compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and applicable statutory regulations. Products will only be supplied against valid orders and verified licenses.
• Medical Machinery: Our advanced diagnostic and imaging equipment is intended for use by certified hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and institutional buyers.

3. Global Export & Compliance

We provide export and global supply services to international importers and distributors. However, all international shipments are subject to strict regulatory approvals from both the exporting authorities (India) and the importing nation's regulatory bodies. The Buyer is ultimately responsible for ensuring the products meet local import requirements.

4. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments

All prices and technical quotes provided via our website or directly by our sales team are indicative and subject to final confirmation. Pricing may fluctuate based on raw material costs, international exchange rates, and freight charges. A binding contract is only formed upon the issuance of a formal proforma invoice and receipt of the stipulated advance payment.

5. Installation and Technical Support

Where applicable, installation and training support for high-performance medical machinery is provided through our network of certified partners. Any physical modification to the equipment by unauthorized personnel will immediately void all manufacturer warranties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JS Agro Med Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the provided medical machinery or pharmaceutical supplies. Our total liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the specific goods purchased.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically resting in the courts of Delhi and Madhya Pradesh.
